2008 Kern County Economic Summit 

The Kern County Economic Summit is an annual event focused on the significant factors impacting the County’s economy, its growth and diversification.  Attendees are treated to dynamic programs filled with commentary and analysis from public officials, industry experts, educators and nationally recognized economists.  The Summit is presented by the Kern Economic Development Corporation, California State University, Bakersfield and the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce.
